Payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
Full payment is required in advance before work can begin.

Yes, it is possible to get a refund for a project. If a client requests a refund, we can refund the full payment. However, the client will need to pay for all the total working hours we have spent on their project at a rate of INR 1600 per hour. This policy ensures that we are compensated for the time and effort we have put into the project.

Yes, if the client requests a refund within 24 hours of payment and before starting the work, we will provide a full refund.

The minimum charge for graphic work is INR 1600 as per your requirement.

Yes, we charge a minimum visiting fee of INR 800 for one hour.

We will come to your company office only three times maximum during the project.
Yes, if the client wants us to work at their office, we can do so but will charge an extra fee of INR 1600 per hour.
For urgent work, we can provide a minimum charge of INR 2500 per page.

It’s important to maintain a professional and respectful relationship between our team and our clients. In the event that a client behaves inappropriately towards our team members, such as using disrespectful language or showing verbal aggression, we reserve the right to terminate the contract immediately without any refund of payment, resources files, or any plan paper. The contract automatically terminates after one year from the date of signing, but we expect our clients to maintain a professional demeanor throughout the contract period. We take such matters very seriously, and we will not tolerate any form of disrespect or inappropriate behavior towards our team members.

Any questions or queries related to the project will only be valid for 48 hours of working time.
Final bills for the project will only be valid for one year from the date of completion.
The client must confirm their payment within 24 hours of payment. If the client changes their mind, a full refund will be provided.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the client’s side, including third-party hosting server issues.
Any conversation regarding the project must be related to the design content.
If we submit any design or draft, the client must reply within 24 hours of working time. If the client does not reply within the given timeframe, we will assume that the client is satisfied with the design and move forward with the process.

We allow delays only in case of medical emergencies as per the mutual understanding with both side , but do not take advantage of this or make it a habit.

If the client is not responding within proper time or not providing proper details regarding the project, or the project is going to be delayed, we are not responsible for it.
If we research as per the project details or images completed your project as per the project deadline, the client can change content or images, but it’s countable in revision time.
Every work or feedback must be done within 24 working hours as per the time schedule. Must be replied in email conversation only for the record.
As per the project terms, if the client wants more options or revision changes, charges must be added minimum 1600 rs per page or per changes.
We understand that our clients may be busy and we respect their time. Therefore, we limit our calls or emails to 3-4 times at maximum. However, it is important for us to maintain a two-way communication in order to ensure that the project is completed within the given deadline. If the client does not respond in a timely manner, we cannot be held responsible for any delays. It is important for the client to inform us if they are unavailable after we have made one attempt to contact them. This helps us to ensure that the project progresses smoothly and is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
